Hours and location
The box office is inside the Celestia Theater at 151 Main Street. It is open Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and opens two hours before showtime on event days.

Only tickets from these three channels can be verified at the door. Tickets from third-party resellers may be denied entry.

Refunds and exchanges
All sales are final. There are no refunds or retroactive discounts. Founding Members of the Wadsworth Square Foundation may exchange tickets with 48 hours' notice for a performance of equal or lesser value.
