This policy explains what the Celestia Theater website collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us in a form, we use cookie-based analytics only if you accept cookies, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
When you join the email list, send a contact message, fill out the volunteer interest form or ask about sponsorship, we receive the details you type: typically your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them to reply to you and, for the email list, to send show announcements you asked for. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
Tickets
This website does not sell tickets or process payments. Ticket purchases happen on eTix, which has its own privacy policy, or at the box office.
Cookies and analytics
We use a privacy-focused visit counter that does not use cookies. If you accept cookies in the banner, we also load Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized session data (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling) to help us improve the site. Declining keeps Clarity off. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Embedded services
Pages may embed Google Maps and link to Facebook, YouTube and eTix. Those services may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
Sharing
Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to theater staff. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site and the theater, and never sell it.
