All sales are final, with no refunds or retroactive discounts. Founding Members of the Wadsworth Square Foundation may exchange tickets with 48 hours' notice for a performance of equal or lesser value.

The theater operates in partnership with the Wadsworth Square Foundation, the nonprofit that restored the historic O. J. Work Auditorium and reopened it as the Celestia Theater in December 2025.
