In here,
the stars come out.

Live entertainment in a restored 900-seat historic theater at 151 Main Street, with the sound and lighting to match the acts on its stage.

Make a night of it.

Dinner. Drinks.
A show.

Flame Backstage Grille & Bar is right here at the theater, so the evening starts before the house lights go down. Eat, have a drink, walk to your seat.

The Celestia experience

A 1907 stage, wired for tonight.

Columns, sconces and a proscenium that has stood for more than a century, now lit and mixed through a modern rig built for touring productions. About 900 seats, and none of them far from the stage.

Parking, seats, the box office and the house rules, answered before you leave the house.

Volunteer

Help make the show happen.

Ushers, ticket scanners, hospitality and setup crews power every night at the Celestia. If you want to be part of it, we want to hear from you.

A Wadsworth Landmark, Reimagined

The auditorium at the heart of Wadsworth's old Central School hosted band concerts, class plays and town meetings for over a century. In 2025 the Wadsworth Square Foundation restored it, re-equipped it and gave it a new name: Laura Celestia Spelman Rockefeller's, a daughter of Main Street.
